What beard products do you offer?
We offer beard oils, balms, mustache wax, foaming beard wash, and a beard protector (bonnet).
What scents are available for the beard oils?
Our beard oil scents include Classic Man, Distinguished, Dapper, and Debonair.
What are the key ingredients in the beard oils?
The oils blend grapeseed, coconut, argan, jojoba, vitamin E, and rosemary leaf extract. The Growth oils also contain additional carriers and essential oils.
How do I use the beard balms?
Apply a dime-sized amount to your hands, warm it up by rubbing your hands together, then massage into beard hair and skin—style as desired.
What holds the mustache wax in place?
The wax contains beeswax, coconut oil, cocoa butter, and carnauba wax to help sculpt and hold the shape of your mustache.
Does the foaming beard wash contain sulfates? 
No, the gentle wash formula is sulfate-free. Key ingredients include aloe vera, vitamin B5, dead sea salt, and essential oils.
What size is the beard protector bonnet? 
It is 40cm x 14cm and features an adjustable double-layered design made from 100% satin.
How do I clean Dad Hats? 
Wipe the brushed cotton exterior with a damp cloth to spot-treat minor stains. For deeper cleaning, wash your hands in cold water.

What shipping carriers do you use to deliver purchases?
We utilize The United States Postal Service (USPS).
What are my shipping cost options based on location?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated before payment during the checkout process. It's important to note that we reserve the right to correct shipping charges in case of issues with our shipping software. If changes occur, you will be notified to confirm whether you still want to proceed with the order.
What is the average transit time for international shipping?
6-10 business days. USPS Priority Mail International offers reliable and affordable international delivery to approximately 180 countries.
Can I track my order during transit?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for USPS. We strongly suggest signing up for Informed Delivery by USPS, which offers a convenient way to preview your mail and manage upcoming packages digitally. This service provides greyscale images of the exterior address side of letter-sized mail and allows package tracking in one place.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. Federal holidays) and will usually ship within 1-2 business days from the time of order. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
How are fragile items packaged to prevent damage?
Sephora carries thousands of products and hundreds of brands. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a weekly and sometimes a daily basis depending on the particular item and brand. Some pages have an "email me" feature that notifies when the product is back. If the product says, "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.
Do your delivery partners ship to PO boxes or military bases?
Yes, USPS delivers to PO Boxes and military bases.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged during shipping?
In case products are damaged during transit, you, as the purchaser, are responsible for initiating a claim with the delivering carrier. Bearded Gentz is happy to assist in the process as needed.
How do I achieve VIB Status?
To achieve Very Important Beauty Insider status, spend $350 in a calendar year on Sephora merchandise purchased online at or, in Sephora retail stores, in Sephora at Kohl’s stores (U.S. only),, Instacart, Instagram Checkout, Facebook Checkout, and YouTube Shopping. Your Beauty Insider page is your destination for everything Beauty Insider related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current points balance, redeem points for Rewards and gifts and learn about your Beauty Insider benefits. To access this page, simply log in to your Beauty Insider account.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
